Secular Humanism or Cosmic Humanism?

I believe that the Wizard of Oz is Secular Humanism. Cosmic Humanism believes that God is everything, while the Secular Humanism stands on the idea that of atheism, that humans are the only powers. This worldview fits for the story because the characters don't believe everything is god, they use the idea that hey hold all the power. For example after they meet with the wizard Dorthy find that she holds the power that sets her apart from home, as all she needs to do is tap her shoes. Also the lion, tin man, and scarecrow had courage, a heart, and a brain all along. This all describes a Secular Humanism worldview and not at all a Cosmic Humanism view.
